I’ve decided to move my blog posts to a new home, for both Juneathon and Janathon. If you’re bored and want to read you can find more articles here…

Since the end of Juneathon 2012, my exercise has been fluctuating, as most people who know me would expect.

Having done the first 30 days of Insanity, I moved onto Month 2, which feels like they skipped a level of exercise, it’s a massive difference in technique and stamina, that, to be honest, I just wasn’t prepared for. After a 6 days of this (which was spread across two weeks) I made the decision to go back to the start.

So, as of today I am on day 5 of Insanity, and it is just as tough, just as tiring, but I’m hoping by the end of this round, I’ll be in a better physical shape to tackle month 2.

The last day of Juneathon, I’m hung over, knackered and feeling much the worse for ware after a night out for my mate Martin’s birthday.

So today’s activity is:

  • 0.5 mile walk from the car park in Brum to Starbucks
  • 0.5 mile walk around Bullring with Charlotte looking for shoes
  • 0.5 mile walk back to the car park

Well, it’s all over for another year, roll on Janathon!
